Filming on Ontario Properties
Infrastructure Ontario is a provincial Crown corporation that manages one of the largest real estate portfolios in Canada and provides real estate services, such as asset management and property and land management to the province of Ontario.
Properties in the portfolio are owned by the Ministry of Infrastructure and managed by Infrastructure Ontario, through their service provider, CB Richard Ellis (CBRE).
All film requests must be made in writing to IO Property Services (CBRE). A list of available sites, fees and license information and the appropriate application form can be found below:
Studio and Warehouse List
Look for shooting space and don’t know where to start? Stages from 1,000 sq.ft. to 46,000 sq.ft. and everything in between can be found in Ontario.
Ontario has almost 1 million square feet of stage space (including purpose-build studios and converted warehouse space) available for your next production.
OMDC maintains a listing of studios, converted warehouses and standing sets across the province, including detailed information on stage dimensions, available office space, site parking, as well as current contact information.
