OMDC-Supported Events

Magazines Canada’s Business Media Summit

OMDC supported the Magazines Canada’s Business Media Summit, an annual event for senior business media executives at Kingsbridge Conference Centre, King City just North of Toronto. Leaders from across Canada's business media spectrum gathered to share their experiences, learn from each other and capture the essentials required for success in today's B2B environment, with a focus on discussing common issues and challenges, exploring partnerships and developing new business strategies.

Kept deliberately small and intimate to encourage networking and knowledge exchange, the Summit included speakers from Canada, the US and Germany discussing a variety of topics including using data to affect change, innovative approaches to creating events, and repurposing content for different platforms. Participating companies included Annex Business Media, Rogers, Media Matters, Zedcom Media and Canadian Art Foundation.
